Hubert d'Unienville
BSc Hons QS MRICS
Hubert holds a BSc (Hons) in Quantity Surveying and Commercial Management from the University of Oxford Brookes and joined D&A in 2021.
He has previously worked in the United Kingdom for a consultancy firm, delivering projects in London and greater London. Hubert has experience within a variety of sectors, including new build; ‘cut and carve’ projects within live environments; fit out; planned and preventive maintenance programmes and high profile masterplans.
He has a passion for excellent service delivery, professionalism and integrity which has resulted in him building deep, trusted advisor relationships with his clients.
He is a member of the RICS since 2018

Vincent d’Unienville
BSc QS Dip Proj Man FRICS FAPM
Vincent d’Unienville, is the founding partner and Director of D&A, with over 37 years'
experience in the construction industry.
Vincent worked in two major contracting firms before setting up V d'Unienville & Associates Co. Ltd, in 1998.
During his career, Vincent has also set up and run a number of sister companies some of which have since become independent including Keystone Project Management Co. Ltd, and Arabella Co. Ltd in Rwanda, which offers both Project Management and Quantity Surveying Services.
Vincent is a Chartered Surveyor and also a fellow of the Association of Project Managers, and spearheads D&A’s drive for excellence and constant improvement of its services to its clients.

Ishfaaq Moosuddee
BSc Hons QS MRICS
Ishfaaq joined D&A in 2008 as Assistant Surveyor after graduating from the University Technology
Mara (UiTM) in Malaysia with a BSc in Quantity Surveying.
In 2010 he was promoted to the rank of Surveyor and continued to be involved with challenging projects until 2013 when he was promoted Senior Surveyor. Ishfaaq took on more responsibilities and became Associate in 2018
During his 17 years’ experience with D&A, Ishfaaq has been involved with a wide range of Hospitality, Leisure, Commercial and Industrial projects.
He is a member of the RICS, also an Associate and the Head of the Quantity Surveying Department

Naheed Deelun
BSc (Hons) Quantity Surveying and Commercial Management
Naheed joined D&A in 2010 as an Assistant Surveyor with 15 years’ experience in the Construction Industry and has been promoted as Surveyor in 2021 and Senior Surveyor in 2024.
He has been exposed to various type of projects including, Luxury Estate Villas, Residential, Civil and Infrastructure, Commercial & Retail, Office Fit Out and Hospitality projects.

Bhushun Bundhun
BSc Hons Construction Commercial Management, DIPHE Q.S.
Bhushun Bundhun holds a BSc Hons Construction Commercial Management, DIPHE Q.S and joined
D&A in 2006 where he has been working for the last 19 years after completing his training in another
similar company.
His career at D&A started as Assistant Surveyor and saw him be gradually promoted to Surveyor and Senior Surveyor.
Bhushun has been involved in various types of construction projects such as luxury residential developments and hotel refurbishments and has had the opportunity to work on the exclusive Anahita IRS Project.
