Starting The Journey
D&A’s journey begins in 1998 with Vincent d’Unienville’s need for a change of scenery after having started out his professional career as a contractors quantity surveyor and having worked for 12 years with two of the largest local contractors. Having also worked as a student with a Quantity Surveying firm in Cape Town, South Africa, Vincent had tasted the advantages of being his own boss and with his experience, self-confidence and a confirmed passion, he decided to seize the opportunity, and start up his own consultancy firm.
Now with nearly 26 years behind the firm, he often stops to take stock of the fantastic journey it has been. The variety of projects, the great clients, the economic challenges the company has surmounted and especially the fantastic people it employs which have made this journey possible.
It is now time to inform that Hubert d’Unienville assumed the responsibilities of Managing Director as of January 2024.
It is appropriate that, in its 26th year on the market, this change is now enacted.

We provide Quantity Surveying / Cost Management services tailored to provide economic solutions, which actively manage costs and associated risks from inception to completion to deliver projects within budget.
We have been providing professional services on some of the most prestigious developments locally and regionally over the past twenty five years.
We serve a whole spectrum of clients from the largest hotel groups to individuals with medium sized developments and perform along with the main stream Quantity Surveying services a number of specialised services.
